LEASING SCHEDULE 2024-2025 YEAR:

  • GENERAL APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2024-2025 LEASING YEAR ARE AVAILABLE NOW

  • If you already have an approved general application in our system, please monitor our website periodically as we post units that will be available for 2024-2025. Please give us a call as soon as you see a unit listed that you would like to secure for the 2024-2025 leasing year.

  • After the renewal deadline for current tenants ends on 12/31/23, we will continuously post available units for the 2024-2025 leasing year

The best chance of securing the unit of your interest for the 2024-2025 leasing year is by:

  1. Having at least one approved application per tenant including cosigner applications

  2. Making a list of units that fits interest by viewing our Starkville Inventory; preferably about 3-4 addresses

  3. Monitor the website for units in the 2024-2025 leasing year.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

This GENERAL application is NOT connected to a specific unit. Please note, an approved general application does not guarantee an available unit. It only pre-qualifies an applicant to select from a list of available units posted on our website. Once your application(s) have been approved and you see a unit posted as available that you would like to put down a deposit and sign a lease for, it is the responsibility of the potential tenant to speak with a leasing agent if they are ready to put down a deposit and sign the lease.

You can also apply under a specific unit listing and your application can still be switched to another available unit at a later date if you desire.

Future applicants are advised to READ CAREFULLY before submitting applications.

This is a credit and background check application through Experian Credit Agency.

Make sure ALL personal information is entered correctly.

STEPS TO THE APPLICATION PROCESS:

  • If a potential tenant is OVER the age of 21 and has a credit score of 625 or higher, they can apply on their own without the need for a cosigner. Likewise, if a potential tenant is OVER the age of twenty-one (21) but does NOT have a credit score of 625 or higher, they will need to have a parent/guardian complete an application on their behalf as a guarantor/co-signer, the second option on the application page. Once their guarantor/co-signer has been approved in the system, we will manually add the potential tenant’s information to the cosigner application. WE CANNOT REFUND APPLICATION FEES. If the potential tenant applies, but does not have a credit score of 625 and is DENIED, the fee cannot be refunded.

  • If a potential tenant is UNDER the age of 21, they will need to have a parent/guardian complete an application on their behalf as a guarantor/co-signer, the second option on the application page. Once their guarantor/co-signer has been approved in the system, we will manually add the potential tenant’s information to the cosigner application. WE CANNOT REFUND APPLICATION FEES. If the potential tenant applies but is under the age of 21 and is DENIED, the fee cannot be refunded.

  • ALL potential roommates within a unit must have an approved application in our system in order to secure the unit. Otherwise, only those with approved applications in our system will be able to sign the lease and have access to AppFolio to pay rent. We CANNOT add tenants to the lease at a later date.
